专利摘要:
The measuring spoon (1) for scooping and removing a predetermined amount of a product from a cup or a can comprises a lower part (3) and an upper part (7) displaceable on the lower part (3). A disc-shaped section on the upper part (7) serves for stripping off excess contents and for closing the cup-shaped part of the lower part (3) after the filling is filled.

专利说明:

The invention relates to a measure spoon for scooping and removing a predetermined amount of a powdered or granular product according to the preamble of claim 1.
Tablespoon with a mostly made of plastic or metal cup-shaped container and an integrally molded handle or stem are known. The removal of a product from a can or other container is easy with such a known spoon, as long as the contents do not have to be taken out of the depth of, for example, very high container. However, if the container or its opening is very small, the contents must be scooped up with the spoon in a more or less vertical position. This can then when pulling out the spoon again from this falling out or-trickle and thereby can not be removed the desired amount without, for example, the container or box is tilted and then again there is a risk that the contents fall out of the can.
An object of the present invention is therefore to provide a mass spoon, with which regardless of the shape of the container or the box from a product can be removed in a simple and secure manner. Another object is that exactly the desired amount be removed, i. neither too much nor too little.
This object is achieved by a measure spoon according to the features of claim 1. Advantageous embodiments of the invention are described in the dependent claims.
It is possible with the inventive measure of each type of containers (containers or cans) and the like to take a predetermined amount of contents and to obtain these without loss when pulling the tablespoon from the container, the recorded or scooped amount. By arranging a sliding lid, which closes the opening of the mass spoon after scooping, not only the recorded amount can be retained regardless of the position of the spoon in this, but at the same time it is also ensured that with the spoon no more than the predetermined amount is recorded. The sliding lid thus holds on the one hand the scooped amount in the spoon during removal from the can or the container and on the other hand, continue after scooping up to the re-use of the scooped amount. In addition, the handle or handle of the tablespoon during scooping, for example, from a very tall can with a small diameter relative to the height, can improve handling since the extension of the handle is automatic. When not in use of the mass spoon this one hand, protected from contamination, since the sliding cover covers the filling volume of the mass spoon and on the other hand, the handle is shorter and thus the storage of the mass spoon easy, for example, within the container from which a product must be removed. For example, such a measuring spoon can also be supplied diagonally together with the product on its surface in the can.The production of the spoon is very inexpensive, so that the measure spoon can be supplied in each box.
Reference to an illustrated embodiment, the invention is explained in detail.

Reference numeral 1 denotes a measure spoon with a cup-shaped lower part 3 with a handle or handle 5 and a top 7 acting as a lid. The handle 5 is integrally formed on the cup-shaped lower part 3. The upper edge of the handle 5 lies in the plane of the cup-shaped part of the lower part 3 above final flange 9 and lies together with this in a common plane. The cup-shaped part of the lower part 3 may be conical or cylindrical. The upper part 7 comprises a disc-shaped front part from cover 11, to which a substantially rectangular guide part 13 adjoins. The front part is designed as a lid 11 for closing the cup-shaped part of the lower part 3 and lies in the closed position (FIGS. 2-7) over the opening of the cup-shaped lower part.
On the handle 5, whose cross-section is U-shaped (Fig. 6), laterally guide means 15 are formed in the form of outwardly directed rails. The guide means 15 run exactly parallel to one another and form a guide for the upper part 7. The adjoining the front part 11 of the upper part 7 guide member 13 is rectangular in shape and its parallel longitudinal edges 19 are bent C-shaped downwards. The C-shaped edges 19 engage around the guide means 15 on the handle 5. As can be seen from the cross section 14 of Fig. 6, the handle 5 and the guide member 13 together form a hollow body. This connection between the handle 5 and the guide member 13 makes it possible to move the upper part 7 on the lower part and thus to close or expose the opening above the cup-shaped lower part 3 with the upper part 7.
For optimum handling of the compound spoon 1 roughening or grooves 21 are formed on the surface of the guide member 13 and corresponding to the underside of the handle 5, a survey 23 or can also be provided grooves or roughening.
Preferably, the guide member 13 is present not only in the region of the rectangular portion, but this extends at least to the center of the disc-shaped upper part 7 and amplifies the latter when scooping. When the opening of the lower part 3, i. when pushed back upper part 7, the latter engages a rib 25 or the like on the lower part 3 with a correspondingly shaped groove 27 on the upper part. By this measure, the upper part 7 can not be released from the lower part 3 when scooping the contents (FIG. 4).
The handling of the mass spoon is explained below: The standard spoon 1 supplied in most cases with the contents is taken from the opened product container or the filling material can (not shown) and the upper part 7 is pushed back to expose the opening of the cup-shaped lower part 3. The measuring spoon 1 becomes substantially vertical position, i. the handle 5 is immersed vertically in the filling material, and slightly guided in the direction of the opening of the cup-shaped lower part 3 in order to scoop the contents into the cup-shaped lower part 3. Immediately thereafter, the upper part 7 is pushed down and thus closed the opening above the lower part 3 with the disc-shaped front part 14 of the upper part 7. Now it is ensured that the measure spoon is completely filled and can not escape from the measure spoon 1 when pulling out of the contents. Furthermore, the scooped contents is now protected against spillage in the measuring spoon 1 and can remain there protected until its emptying. It is also ensured that by moving the upper part 3 too much scooped product is stripped off. The emptying takes place by retracting the upper part 7 and tilting the mass spoon 1. Both when scooping and during later emptying of the mass spoon 1 of the upper part 7 is prevented by the rib 25 and the groove 27 from detaching from the lower part 3. At the same time the retracted upper part 7 favors the handling of the mass spoon 1 when scooping by the handle 5 has been temporarily extended by the portion 17 on the upper part. The measure spoon 1 can be made entirely of plastic. It is also possible to make the measuring spoon 1 of sheet metal.
